Regina Hamm (retired CPA)

Regina Hamm began her practice on her own over 30 years ago. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with honors from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia. Gina is the sturdy foundation of the practice. 



Gina has 40 years of accounting experience working with small businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations. Various tasks that Gina completes include individual, business, and non-profit tax returns; financial statement compilations; and tax planning for any situation or circumstance. 

Gina is a native of Franklin, a suburb of Westernport, Maryland. When Gina is not at the office, you can find her at the river with her six cats, ten dogs, and one husband. Gina has two kids and three grandchildren. Gina loves to read, teach, and meet new people. Gina naturally attracts people with her bubbly and outgoing personality. The firm has Gina’s own personal core values instilled in its daily activities.

Steven Glasbrenner, CPA

Steven Glasbrenner joined the firm in 2020 after gaining knowledge working at a CPA firm in Rockville, Maryland. Steven, a Frostburg, Maryland native, graduated from Frostburg State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. 

He earned his CPA license in 2019. Steven brings an innovative approach to his client’s bookkeeping and tax planning. Steven maintains knowledge and loves to teach his clients bookkeeping to allow them more time to run their businesses. Steven completes individual tax returns, business and non-profit tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax planning. When clients come in and meet with Steven, his positive and radiant energy about tax and accounting shines and is absorbed by our clients.

When Steven is not at the office, you can find him on the golf course, playing basketball, or relaxing with his wife, Cheyenne, their daughter Joey, son Cooper, and their dogs, Chase and Reese. Steven resides in Frostburg, Maryland.

Stacy Frost, CPA

Stacy Frost, CPA joined our firm in 2024 after a successful 25+ year career owning and managing her own firm. Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. She specializes in tax preparation, ranging from individuals to businesses and trusts.

Stacy lives in the Frostburg, MD area with her husband Jim. She has a daughter, Sabrina. In her spare time, Stacy loves to hike, go to car shows, and spend time with family.

Chad Sindy

Chad joined the firm in 2022 as a Staff Accountant. Chad comes from a teaching background, which shines in his client communication skills. Chad assists in bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and other duties as needed.

Chad lives in Frostburg, MD with his wife and daughter. When Chad is not in the office, you can usually find him on the golf course, with his family, or watching the Steelers, Pirates, or Wake Forest!

Gabrielle Lord

Gabby Lord joined the firm in 2020 as our receptionist and is now our Office Manager. Gabby fits right into the office with her enthusiasm and her eagerness to learn. Gabby manages our front office staff as well as maintains positive client relationships and assists with bookkeeping and payroll as needed.

When Gabby is not in the office, you can find her taking nature photos or spending time with her loved ones. She lives in Cumberland, MD.

Colten Winner

Colten Winner joined the firm in 2018 while he was completing his Bachelor of Science in accounting degree from Frostburg State University, which he graduated with in 2020. Colt is a Senior Accountant with the firm, helping clients with their business needs and completing individual tax returns. Colt’s friendly attitude and loyalty is a huge asset to the firm.

When Colt is not working, he is fishing, golfing, or hunting for the best bargain at yard sales and thrift stores. Colt is a lifelong Lonaconing, Maryland resident, and graduated from Mountain Ridge High School in 2015.

Isaac Winfield

Isaac Winfield joined the firm in 2024 as a Staff Accountant. Isaac graduated from Frostburg State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting degree. Isaac performs payroll, tax preparation, bookkeeping, sales tax preparation, and other duties as needed. Isaac enjoys helping clients understand why their tax situation has changed.

Isaac lives in Frostburg, MD. In his spare time, Isaac loves to run, golf, and spend time with family. Isaac's fun fact is that he completed the Disney Marathon in January 2025.

Colten White

Colten White joined the firm in 2023 as a staff accountant. Colten performs individual tax returns as well as bookkeeping and payroll. Colten has an up-beat personality and is a great addition to our team. 

Colten is a graduate of Mountain Ridge High School. He also earned his bachelors degree in accounting from Frostburg State University, as well as his Master's in Business Administration from Phoenix University. Colten resides in Westernport, MD.

Hattie Simpson

Hattie Simpson joined the firm in 2023 as our receptionist and is now our payroll specialist. Hattie loves to assist her client in understanding their payroll tax liabilities and prepares payrolls efficiently and timely.

Hattie is a Cumberland native, graduating from Fort Hill High School. Hattie now lives in Frostburg. When Hattie is not working, she is spending time with her friends, family, and cats.

Andrew DeWitt

Andrew DeWitt joined our team in June 2023 as our accounting intern. Upon his graduation from Frostburg State University in May 2024, Andrew joined us full-time as a staff accountant.

Andrew is from Deer Park, Maryland and is a graduate of Southern Garrett High School. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys watching sports and spending time with family.
